Musicals Unsung

24th May 2016

‘MUSICALS unsung’ brings you songs – from golden age of Hollywood screen to the newest Broadway shows – that have not made it to the final cut. Featuring a wealth of songs that have been cut from shows including Wicked, The Little Mermaid, Legally Blonde, The Last Five Years, Spring Awakening, Little Shop of Horrors and Shrek, audiences will hear songs that are classics in their own right, which are now finally getting the performances they have always deserved.

"Some of these songs are forgotten gems which have been hidden for years. It made such a nice change to see completely different music being performed - a brilliant concept for a concert featuring a brilliant line-up of West End talent."

★★★★ West End Frame

"This talented group of actors, showed their ability to act through song, whilst establishing a line of communication with their audience, giving this event an intimacy that most musical theatre lovers crave. Kris Rawlinson’s arrangements and accompaniment throughout was sublime and perfectly in synch with the performers. His playing never dominating but always providing a rich musical background to showcase the performances."
